Refund policy

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your items are damaged, please take a picture of both the envelope and the damaged items and send us an email at hello@bujostickers.com.

 

Returns

We only accept returns within Sweden and the European Union. Our policy lasts 14 days from time of reception, in agreement with Swedish and EU laws and regulations. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, or you are shopping outside of the European Union, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards and customised items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product and your contact information together with a copy/print out of proof of purchase to: Bigrell Design AB, Katarina Bangata 27, 116 39 Stockholm, Sweden

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are also responsible for all risks included in shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@bujostickers.com.

Om dina varor är skadade eller felaktiga ersätter vi dem med nya. Vänligen ta foto av både kuvertet och den skadade varan. Mejla till hello@bujostickers.com.

Om du ångrar ditt köp har du 14 dagars returrätt enligt lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler. Varan/varorna måste vara oanvända och i samma skick som du mottog dem.

Köp av presentkort går inte att returnera/ångra. Specialbeställda varor går inte att returnera/ångra.

För att ångra ditt köp och returnera en vara måste du först skriva ut ditt kvitto eller orderbekräftelse. Skicka utskriften, din e-postadress och returvaran till: Bigrell Design AB, Nygårdsgatan 7, 782 91 Malung. Du står själv för porto/frakt och den risk det innebär att skicka något med posten.

När vi tagit emot din retur kontaktar vi dig via e-post. Vi återbetalar med samma betalsätt du använde vid köpet. Observera att du inte får tillbaks kostnaden för porto/frakt.
